Monday Cardio and Cafe
Good Morning Everyone!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend. Our weekend was so very hot and humid here. It was much to hot to be outside for too long. I spent most of my Saturday cleaning inside my home and getting laundry caught up. Yesterday we able to get in some riding on our motorcycles, but it was very hot when we had to stop. We picked up a new gas grill, we ordered, so we had steaks and salad for dinner last night for dinner
We adopted a sweet little calico kitten on Friday and she entertained us throughout the entire weekend. Oh, if only we could live so carefree!
Today it is back to work. I don't usually schedule any meetings on Monday, if I can help it, so today should be a little catch up on paper work for me. Then I will stop for some fresh veggies to cook on my new grill and come home to work on the yard I didn't get to this weekend.
My plans for today so far:
1. Click/chocolite/almond milk frappe
2. Cottage cheese and sliced strawberries
3. leftover group fillet and baked potato insides
4. EAS protein drink
5. leftover steak and salad w/ italian dressing
6. not sure yet
I need to increase my activity and daily steps, according to my GoWear.

hope you all had a great weekend..my calories are not what i would like them to be . I FORGOT some of my food for breakfast...actually i thought i had some here at work ( pouch of tuna) sooo it's lower than i would like... but ok
maybe i will add a protein shake as a snack...if i can leave work today...
